As you drive through Trouville, you’ll notice the stunning and diverse landscapes that reflect the unique styles and creativity of our homeowners. These individual touches add to the charm of our community. However, at times, some properties—most often rental homes, but occasionally owner-occupied residences—may fall into neglect.
To preserve the beauty and value of our neighborhood, the HOA has established minimum property maintenance standards. These guidelines are not intended to limit homeowners’ creativity but to ensure a baseline of upkeep that benefits everyone. Key requirements include:
• A well-maintained driveway
• Proper care of landscaping, trees, shrubs, and general exterior upkeep
By maintaining these standards, we help keep our community desirable and enhance property values for all residents.
Annual Inspection & Enforcement
Each June, homeowners whose properties require attention will receive a notice detailing the concerns, along with a 30-day grace period to address the issues. If no corrective action is taken within that time, the matter will be referred to the community attorney for enforcement.
Reporting Concerns
Every homeowner has the right to uphold these standards. If you notice a neighboring property that requires maintenance—whether it’s the house, driveway, or yard—you may submit a report using the form on this website. All reports are verified and handled confidentially, your name will not be disclosed.
Together, we can maintain the beauty and integrity of Trouville Manor for years to come. Thank you for your cooperation!
Here are some basic concepts, ideas, and examples to help homeowners meet the requirements.

Example of shrubs: Shrubs need to be maintained, and shrub beds need to be well arranged, mulched, kept free of weeds and undesirable growths.

Examples of flower beds: Flowers need to be maintained, and flower beds need to be well arranged, mulched, kept free of weeds and undesirable growths.

Example of no landscape: In the case of no shrubs or flowers, grass needs to be planted around the home, and that will allow the lawn company to maintain a clean look.
