TROUVILLE MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The HOA Board of Trustees is composed of three dedicated volunteer members who serve with a commitment to maintaining the integrity and well-being of our community. The board operates with two primary objectives:
1. Financial Stewardship – Ensuring the efficient collection of dues while responsibly managing expenses and vendor relationships to uphold the financial health of our community.
2. Covenant and Rule Enforcement – Upholding the community’s governing covenants, including the “No Rental” and “No Sex Offenders” amendments, as well as enforcing community rules and pool rules to preserve a safe and harmonious living environment.
To support these efforts, we partner with The Number Masters for accounting and tax services and rely on Dittmer, Wagoner, and Steele, LLC for legal counsel and enforcement matters. As a self-managed community, our overarching goal is to foster a thriving, well-maintained neighborhood while keeping costs as low as possible for our homeowners.
ANNUAL COMMUNITY MEETING
Each year, following the March 15 tax filing, the Board of Trustees meets with our accountant to carefully prepare the annual budget. The finalized budget, along with a detailed overview of community expenses, will be presented during a community-wide meeting, traditionally held in May around the time of the pool opening.
This annual gathering also serves as an opportunity for residents to stay informed, ask questions, and participate in the rotating trustee election, ensuring continued leadership and representation within our community.
VOLUNTEERING
As a self-managed community, our homeowners take an active role in maintaining and enhancing our neighborhood, delivering high-quality services while keeping costs low. Homeowners can contribute by volunteering on one of our committees or running for an HOA trustee position.
If you are interested in becoming a trustee and have the time, skills, and dedication required, we encourage you to watch for the annual meeting announcement. At that time, you may submit a statement outlining your interest, vision, and relevant experience to share with the community.
TRUSTEE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• President – Oversees major community projects, leads quarterly trustee meetings, helps with homeowner compliance, and manages website maintenance.
• Secretary – Organizes the annual community meeting, manages Gmail correspondence, processes incoming forms and requests, and records meeting minutes.
• Treasurer – Handles dues collection report (payments and delinquencies), review the monthly financial report (matching invoices to payments), and maintains the budget and expenses.
COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE
To maintain the aesthetics and order of our neighborhood, the Board hosts one community-wide garage sale per year. Homeowners will receive an email announcement with details around the pool opening in May. Individual garage sales are not permitted, except for homeowners who are selling their home and moving.
HOME ALTERATIONS (INCLUDING SOLAR PANELS)
The Board of Trustees is responsible for reviewing and approving any modifications to a home’s exterior or property, ensuring that all changes align with community standards. If you plan to make any exterior modifications, including the installation or alteration of solar panels, you must submit a request before beginning any work.
To initiate the approval process, please complete the “Contact & Requests” form on this website to receive the appropriate application. All submissions must adhere to the instructions provided, and written approval from the Board is required before any work can commence.
To avoid delays, please plan ahead and allow 30 days for processing from the date of submission. Failure to obtain approval may result in the reversal, correction, or removal of unapproved modifications at the homeowner’s expense.
CONTACTS & REQUESTS
For all other inquiries, including requests for policy enforcement, please use the “Contact & Requests” form available on this website.
For enforcement-related matters, the Board will carefully review both new and ongoing cases, working diligently with homeowners to reach a resolution. Whether your request involves accounting, legal, or compliance issues, the Board will ensure it is addressed promptly or directed to the appropriate party for further action.
Response Times:
• Urgent requests: 24-48 hours
• Standard inquiries: 5-7 business days
• Solar panel and exterior modification applications: Up to 30 days for processing
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to maintain a well-managed and thriving community.
