TROUVILLE MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The HOA board of trustees, consists of three volunteering members, and has two primary missions. First, collect the dues efficiently, and manage expenses and vendors wisely. Second, enforce the orders of the Covenants, the “No Rental” and “no Sex Offenders” amendment, as well as the Community Rules and pool rules. We use PW Partners for accounting and taxes and we use Dittmer, Wagoner and Steele, LLC for legal matters and enforcement. Being a self managed community, our ultimate goal is to help our community reach the most potential while keeping the cost at minimum.
Annual Community Meeting: Annually, the board of trustees will meet with our accountant to prepare a budget, this usually happens after our tax filing on March 15. The board will share the annual budget and expenses during an announced community wide meeting, which is held annually around pool opening time in May. During the annual meeting, a rotating trustee election will take place.
Volunteering: We are a self managed community, and our homeowners volunteer and manage all aspects of our community, thus providing high quality services at a low cost. As a homeowner, you can volunteer by serving on one of our committees or run for an HOA trustee position. If you are interested to run for an elected trustee position, and have the time and skills necessary, please wait for the annual meeting announcement, then provide a statement to share with the community regarding your interest, vision, and any helpful experience.
The trustees’ title and responsibility are, President – handle large community projects, quarterly trustee meeting, homeowners compliance, and website maintenance, Secretary – handle annual community meeting, Gmail, incoming forms and requests, and meeting minutes, and Treasurer – handle dues (payment and delinquency), monthly report (match invoices to payments), and budget (organize and maintain budget and expenses).
Garage Sale: The Board will hold one garage sale annually, an email announcement will be sent around pool opening time with details. Homeowners are not permitted to hold individual garage sale, unless they are selling the home and moving.
Alterations & Solar Panels: The Board is also responsible for approving changes to properties and home exterior. If you wish to make any changes to the exterior of your home or your property, including solar panel installation or changes, please use the “Contact & Requests” form in this website to request the appropriate application. All submissions must follow the instructions on the application, and all projects must be approved in writing before any work should start. Please plan ahead and allow 30-day processing time, from the date of submission. Failure will result in reversal, correction or removal at the homeowner’s expense.
Contacts & Requests: For all other inquiries, please use the “Contact & Requests” form in this website, which includes requests for enforcement. In case of requests for enforcement, the board will look into new and ongoing cases and issues, and work diligently with the homeowner to resolve them. Whether accounting, legal, or compliance issues, all requests will be handled or forwarded to the right place in the best manner possible.
Please allow 24-48 hours for urgent requests, 5-7 business days for standard inquiries, and 30 days for Solar and alteration applications processing.
