TROUVILLE MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Our beautiful community pool can be as calming for your mind as it is refreshing for your body. It is a great place for homeowners to cool off and enjoy in the summer. Managing our community pool requires much work and coordinations.
Our HOA will work with our service providers to de-winterize and open our pool around mid May, then close and winterize the pool around mid October. The pool hours are usually set to 7AM-11PM daily.
Our pool is a private pool, situated on a private property, that is owned collectively by all homeowners through our HOA. To protect our pool and provide safety and enjoyment for our homeowners, the HOA has passed the following resolution that provides basic rules and regulations that govern our pool usage.
Pool Rules & Regulations (resolution dated March 25, 2021)
The Board of Trustees of Trouville Manor Homeowners Association is authorized to determine and establish as well as amend rules and regulations that are necessary for the success our community. In addition to our Covenants, the Board of Trustees has adopted and approved the following Pool rules, regulations, and guidelines for the benefits of individual homeowners and the whole community. These rules will help manage the pool, keep pool expenses down, and prevent increase of dues. Please help us keep our pool and community special.
