
Our community follows a 3-inch threshold for snow removal. When snowfall reaches this level, our snow removal crew monitors weather conditions and assesses the situation. They then contact us with their availability and an estimated time range for service.
Once we receive this update and determine that snow removal is necessary, we do our best to promptly notify residents via email with the scheduled date and time window.
We recognize that snow removal can be unpredictable, and delays may occasionally cause frustration. Additionally, some residents may prefer to clear their driveways themselves or hire private services for quicker assistance. However, please keep in mind that:
• Snow accumulation must exceed 3 inches before removal services are initiated.
• Our crew must first confirm availability before we can send out an official notification.
