To maintain the aesthetic and integrity of our community, it is recommended that homeowners repaint their exterior stucco at least once every 10 years. Please note that this is a homeowner’s responsibility and is not covered by the HOA.
If you choose to update your stucco color, it must be within the approved palette:
• White
• Off-white light gray
• Off-white light beige
Before making any changes, please contact the HOA to review your plans and confirm color selections.
Cedar Trim Maintenance
The HOA covers the cost of painting Cedar trims only, which is done on a rotational schedule every four years. Please refer to the rotation chart below to see when your home is scheduled for repainting.
If you wish to change your Cedar trim color, you may select from the approved color chart below. However, as this requires an additional coat of paint, a $300 fee will apply. This cost is the homeowner’s responsibility and can be paid directly to the painter.
